The Lab is where we study jazz dance as both an art form and a living tradition.
Through historic choreographies, ensemble work, improvisation, rhythm training, movement practice, performance, and cultural exploration, we’ll develop the technical, musical, and creative skills that make great jazz dancers. Every block explores a different aspect of the form, combining practical training with a deeper understanding of the music, history, and culture from which jazz dance emerged.
Designed for dancers with prior solo jazz experience, The Lab is an ongoing space for curiosity, growth, and serious practice.
