cancellation & refund policy

Please take note of our policy on refunds and cancellations (from our side and yours) for group classes. This is to save us headache-inducing admin time (and therefore money) – hope you understand and can groove with it!

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payments reflect in our account.
  • Weeknight classes and teachers are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Minimum attendance:
    • Weeknight classes: a minimum of six (6) confirmed attendees is required for a weeknight class to take place. We reserve the right to cancel a class if fewer than six people confirm their attendance 24 hours before the class.
    • Weekend workshops: a minimum of eight (8) confirmed attendees is required for a weekend workshop to take place. We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if fewer than eight people confirm their attendance 72 hours before the class. In the event of a class cancellation, all those who have paid registered will have the option to book a different class, or receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations by the client:
    • Please note that no refunds are possible for purchased group classes, private lessons and workshops if cancelled by the client. Cancellations received more than 24 hours before the start of the class are for credit only. The credit will equal the full amount paid and will be redeemable for future group classes. Cancellations made by the client less than 24 hours before the class or workshop are non-refundable.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and cannot be refunded once purchased.
