Need a bridge between Beginner and Intermediate? These drop-in classes are designed for you. This is not a course, but a series of stand-alone classes, each with a different theme or topic. If you’re already taking Intermediate classes but feel you need to hone in on some technique, these classes could also be just right for you.
What does “Improver” mean to us? You have learnt all of the content that’s covered in our Beginner-level classes and workshops, but you’re not quite confident social dancing the content yet. You need more in-class focus on rhythm and partner connection, tweaks to get your swing outs and Charleston feeling comfortable, and some tips on how to develop a habit of dance practice. No need to bring a partner: we rotate partners in class. Anyone can lead or follow – roles are not gendered.
COST: R140 per person drop-in (pay on arrival with card, SnapScan or cash). You can also sign up as a CTS Member and get unlimited weeknight classes (at your level) as well as other discounts. More info on our Pricing page.
